Preparation for Spring Kids' Day
Spring Kids' Day is coming up March 28th. Help us to spread the light of Jesus to the PSJ kids! We will have an egg hunt, egg coloring, games, crafts, cookie decorating and a scavenger hunt!
Janis Hadley is seeking volunteers for this community outreach event. Sign-ups are available Sunday morning, or you can call the office to sign up or ask questions.
We are collecting plastic eggs and wrapped candy (no chocolate) that will fit inside those eggs. Items can be turned in at office or in box in lobby of Worship Center on Sunday morning. Due by March 15th!
March 15th, immediately following church, we’ll stuff the eggs and do other preparations for the Spring Kids’ Day. Please plan on one hour of your valuable time.
March 27th: bring small white hard-boiled eggs to the church kitchen between noon and 4pm. Also needed: cardboard or styrofoam egg cartons cut into thirds so that four eggs will fit in each of the three sections. We need 30 dozen eggs. If you can provide eggs please note this on the sheet in the church lobby (round table next to the bulletins).
March 27th: we’ll decorate and prepare for the Spring Kids’ Day at 11:00am.
Community Yard Sale
We're having a community yard sale! You can donate your priced items any time after April 1. Here’s what you need to know:
When: Sat., April 25 from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
Where: Church Field
Why: proceeds will go to VBS so we can keep it free for PSJ kids.
Who: community members will be invited to have their own table for $15. No vendors.
What: your priced donated items (no broken items, stained or torn clothing, anything with a screen, old or outdate computer parts, baby cribs/playpens, highchairs, or car seats). We’ll have bake sale items available for a free will offering.
How can you be involved? Donate items, bake goodies, serve at the yard sale.

We provide a stocked pantry for limited availability to meet congregational needs and urgent requests from the community. Your donations are making a difference! Thank you!
Items currently needed: toilet paper
We make PB&J Sandwiches twice a month for the Matthew's Hope outreach program. Volunteer sandwich makers needed and welcome!
We make ziplock bags for immediate needs of the homeless.
Donations for these ministries can be brought to the church during office hours or placed in the drop-off box in the lobby on Sunday morning.
